WOOKIE COOKIES

Just the name alone was enough to get me on board. I love Star Wars and thought I would try to make these awesome dudes.

I used my trusty Hummingbird Bakery recipe for the gingerbread dough (although I imagine they would be just as good done with chocolate) and then started the laborious process of rolling little white balls to go on his ammo belt: 14 per Wookie x 50 Wookies = 700 little white balls of fondant and a MASSIVE headache.

I have only made these again once more since I tried these for the first time, and I immediately remembered why I wont be making them again. All.....those.......little.....white.....spheres.
