Strawberry cake: Take 2

This is the second time I have tried Strawberry Cake and err'd on the side of caution and went with a strawberry infused buttercream rather than the cream cheese disasters of before. And of course it turned out beautifully. This was a normal Victoria Sponge recipe with the strawberry buttercream in with whole strawberries in the middle too. And as I had some left over I made little cupcakes too.
