My Dad baked a cake

After Christmas it was not long until my birthday and I really fancied this cake. My Dad used to make this cake for me and my Mum when I was younger and it is an orange and grape gateau. My Dad isn't someone to really cook anything for himself let alone bake, but I twisted his arm and made this amazingly tasty cake. I don't have the recipe but I know its old enough that it came from a book and uses melted Apricot jam on the top of the fruit. Yummy!!
