Minty Madness

My Dad LOVES a mint Aero so for his birthday I decided to do him this cake, and boy was it tasty. It didn't look half bad either. I decided when doing the crumb coat that for this occasion I liked the look so didn't do another one to cover it. It was a Chocolate Mint Sponge, with Mint Buttercream Frosting, Dark Chocolate Drip, and Mint Aero Bubbles and I would highly recommend you try making it yourself.
